Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Virgo’s US$ 13 million issuance of Agribusiness Credit Receivable Certificates

Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, advised, as deal counsel, the public offering of the 156th issuance, in two series, of the 70 thousand Agribusiness Credit Receivable Certificates (CRA) issued by Virgo Companhia de Securitização, in the total amount of US$ 13 million (R$ 70 million) backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Asa Indústria e Comércio, under firm guarantee by XP Investimentos.
