Tauil & Chequer Advogados represents Brazilian banks Itaú BBA, XP and Safra in Hypera's R$ 750 million debentures issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown represented Brazilian banks Itaú BBA, XP Investimentos and Safra, as coordinators, in the 14th issuance of debentures by Hypera, a Brazilian pharmaceutical company, in the amount of R$ 750 million. The company, which owns the brands Mantecorp, Benegrip, Coristina, Epocler, and Neo Química, will use the funds raised via the issuance to reprofile debts.

The team was led by partner Luis Montes and associate Dianie Teixeira, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
