Tax partner Jeffrey Davis was selected as one of Northern Virginia Magazine’s 2022 “Top Lawyers” in Tax Law for the region.
Jeff is a co-leader of the firm’s Renewable Energy group. He advises clients on a wide range of US federal income tax matters, with an emphasis on project finance, development and energy transactions. Jeff has a particular focus on transactions involving renewable energy projects, including tax equity and financings, mergers and acquisitions, back leverage financings, tax credits and other incentives such as depreciation.
