Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Aegea Saneamento e Participações S.A. on its 11th issuance of debentures, with floating guarantee, in the total amount of BRL 800 million. The public offering was distributed and placed by the underwriters Banco BTG Pactual S.A., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. and Banco Itaú BBA S.A., pursuant to CVM Rule No. 476. The net resources raised by the issuance will be used for investments and/or the reimbursement of expenses and/or debts related to investments, the payment of debts and bolstering the Company's liquidity reserve. The team that advised Aegea was led by Banking & Finance partner Luis Montes, with the participation of associates Beatriz Lavigne and Camila Spinola.
