Tauil & Chequer Advogados acts as deal counsel on the first issuance of commercial notes of CS Brasil

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel to CS Brasil Transportes de Passageiros e Serviços Ambientais LTDA, backed by Simpar S.A., in the public offering with restricted distribution efforts, under the guarantee of placement by Banco ABC Brasil S.A., on the first issuance of 80,000 commercial notes, in a Single Series, totaling R$80 million (US$15 million).

The team was led by Capital Markets & Securitization partner Bruno Cerqueira and included associate Artur Nascimento.
