Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, advised on the public offering, with restricted Real Estate Receivables Certificates, in a single series, in the 22th issue of Virgo, backed by real estate credits owed by Localiza on behalf of Virgo. The deal value was nearly US$60 million, including the coordination with Banco Safra. The T&C team included Capital Markets & Securitization partner Bruno Cerqueira and associate Flavia Biagiotti.
