Mayer Brown earns top issuer ranking by Asset-Backed Alert for fifth consecutive year

Mayer Brown announced that the firm has been ranked as the top issuer counsel by value and number of US ABS/MBS transactions, with 85 deals valued at $57.84 billion, in Asset-Backed Alert’s “Law Firm” league table rankings. This marks the fifth consecutive year that the firm has earned this ranking.

The report also ranked Mayer Brown in the following categories:

• Top Underwriter Counsel for ABS/MBS: Ranked fifth, with 51 deals valued at $31.43 billion.
• Top Underwriter Counsel for US CLOs: Ranked sixth, with 10 deals valued at $4.11 billion.
