Mayer Brown announces that Thomas Horenkamp has joined the firm as partner in the Corporate & Securities practice in Chicago, along with counsel Adam Arnett. They join from White & Case LLP.

Both Mr. Horenkamp and Mr. Arnett focus on M&A and securities transactions for private equity clients, as well as a range of US and international companies. They regularly advise clients on a variety of acquisition and sale transactions, securities offerings, securities law compliance and general corporate matters in a number of industries, including food and consumer products, energy, industrial products, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing and media/Internet.
