Round table “Reinforcing tax controls and the fight against tax fraud”

Christopher Lalloz, partner in the Tax department, took part in the Option Droit & Affaires round table entitled “Reinforcing tax controls and the fight against tax fraud” (title translated from French), published in the special Tax Law issue of Option Finance in July-August 2025 and online on Option Droit & Affaires.

Option Droit & Affaires, specialized lawyers and major players in the sector (from the French Tax authorities and from the corporate world), propose to assess this new balance between cooperation and control, and to identify areas of vigilance for companies, particularly with regard to criminal and tax risks.
