3rd Auction of Brazilian Government Oil: Tender Protocol and Concession Contract Drafts

On September 14, 2021, Pré-Sal Petróleo S.A. ("PPSA") published the Draft Tender Protocol of the 3rd Auction for the sale of the Brazilian federal government's oil from the Búzios, Sapinhoá, and Tupi fields and the Mero Development Area ("3rd Auction") to establish the rules and procedures for participation in the bid and make available the General Draft of Purchase and Sale Agreement and the preliminary schedule.
