BB-Report on recent judgements on Annual General Meetings 2018/2019

The article provides an overview of recent judgements on questions relating to Annual General Meetings published since October 2018. Major decisions, which cover a wide range of issues are discussed in detail and point out the practical consequences. Furthermore, an outlook on the season 2020 is given in particular in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
