Ella Smith will serve as moderator, participating in a panel titled “Creating, Originating and Selecting the Loan Assets for CRE CLOs” where she will join industry leaders to discuss how loans are made and selected for CRE CLOs. The panel will look at how short-term "bridge" lending has changed since the recent period of credit stress and which property sectors are attracting lenders in 2026, including build-to-rent housing and data centers. Panelists will also discuss which property-level factors matter most, how lenders plan their lending around their CLO programs and how AI tools are changing data collection and analysis.
