London Arbitration Week 2025 – Construction Arbitration in the Middle East and Africa

On December 2, 2025, Outer Temple Chambers cohosted a talk with Mayer Brown on ‘Construction & Arbitration in the Middle East and Africa’ at Outer Temple’s London office. The event consisted of two panel discussions on international arbitration in the construction industry; firstly focusing on the Middle East and then on Africa. The panels will also discuss ancillary issues such as forums and investment treaty claims.

Mayer Brown partner Kwadwo Sarkodie joined the panel discussion to discuss the construction industry across Africa. Senior associate Andrew Sarraf also joined the panel discussion focused on the construction industry in the Middle East as a moderator.
