Three years ago, Raymond had never run more than three miles. Last year, he set a world record by completing 7 triathlons on 7 continents in 7 consecutive days. Through sharing his own journey of transformation and recovery through endurance sports, Raymond facilitates conversations with high achievers about the connection between physical and mental health, personal reinvention, and overcoming perfectionism.
