What to Expect in Banking Regulation in 2024 | Practising Law Institute

On February 8, 2024, financial services partners Jeffrey Taft and Matt Bisanz will speak on a Practising Law Institute program about trends in banking regulation.
The end of 2023 saw a rapid fire of enormous proposals and other actions by the US banking regulators. Many of these are contentious issues that have divided regulators and generated significant public comment. Final rulemakings on some proposals could come in 2024, but only if they can avoid being crowded out by the federal elections in the fall. Please tune in to hear Jeff and Matt discuss how these actions are relevant to the banking industry.
