ABA 2024 Banking Law Committee Meeting

The ABA Banking Law Committee is holding its 2024 Annual Meeting in Washington, DC on January 19 and will offer over several interactive programs by leading industry practitioners.
Fintech and payments attorney Kelly Truesdale (Washington DC) will speak on a panel on open banking. He will explore innovative models for providing banking as a service and regulatory responses, as well as addressing the continuing disintermediation of financial services.
Bank regulatory partner Matthew Bisanz (Washington DC) will moderate several panels, including one focused on the Basel III Endgame proposal and another on how artificial intelligence will affect banks.
