On December 5, Mayer Brown partners Vikram Sidhu and Sanjiv Tata delivered a virtual presentation, “Entering the US: Legal and Regulatory Considerations for InsurTech Startups” to members of the India Insurtech Association.

The program provided an overview of legal and regulatory issues for launching/expanding insurtech businesses in the US market and working with insurers, reinsurers, venture capital, private equity, and other partners.
