ABA 2020 Business Law Section Annual Meeting - Virtual

The ABA Business Law Section held its 2020 Annual Meeting virtually this year and welcomed almost 4,500 registrants from over 40 countries to participate in 70+ CLE sessions and almost 150 committee and subcommittee meetings.

FSRE associate Christa Bieker (Washington DC) participated on, and FSRE associate Matthew Bisanz (Washington DC) chaired, a panel discussing current developments in remediation and restitution expectations for making customers whole. A recording of the panel may be viewed on the ABA website.
