Gabriela Kennedy spoke at a Cyber Crisis Incident Response workshop organised by an international insurance company on 16 January 2020.
The workshop covered discussions on recent cyber landscape and trends, claims analysis, policy coverage, legal overview and as well as cyber breach simulations. During the legal session, Gabriela provided an overview on GDPR related fines and examined the respective cyber insurance coverage. She further discussed the impact of cyber risks and went through the insurability of regulatory fines in different jurisdictions.
