Kevin Weehunt is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Mayer Brown’s New York Office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, cryptocurrency litigation, international arbitration enforcement, and government investigations. Kevin has experience representing financial institutions in residential mortgage-backed securities litigation, pharmaceutical companies in nationwide product liability disputes, and multi-national corporations under government investigation. Kevin also maintains an active pro bono practice, where he represents New Yorkers facing foreclosure or eviction.

Kevin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Campbell Barker of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and to the Honorable Renée Marie Bumb of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Kevin received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was the Managing Executive Editor of the Michigan Technology Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University.
