Daniel Scher is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice. He represents sponsors, issuers, underwriters and investors in connection with complex insurance-linked securities transactions, and his clients include insurance and reinsurance companies, state and federal entities, corporates and private investment firms. Daniel has extensive experience with catastrophe bond offerings and has worked on some of the largest and most innovative transactions in the market.
