Claire Gibson Ragen

Claire represents insurance companies and other institutional investors in connection with investments in private funds and other alternative investment products. She has significant experience working with both asset managers and insurance companies to develop investment structures designed to address insurance company investment, regulatory capital and accounting objectives, including rated note feeders, collateralized fund obligations and other structured investment arrangements. She regularly advises on funds-of-one, separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles and other customized investment programs.

Claire has extensive experience with real estate equity and debt strategies, including real estate funds, joint ventures and vehicles investing in residential and commercial mortgage loans and other asset-backed investments. She also has experience establishing collective investment trusts to facilitate retirement plan investments in private equity, private credit and real estate.
