He has a private equity sponsor-focused practice, advising across the full life cycle of clients' investment strategies, including primary and secondary buyouts, growth and minority investments and exits. He has also advised a number of US corporates participating in bilateral M&A within the UK.

Tarun’s practice is sector agnostic, but he has a great deal of recent experience in particular advising clients in the healthcare, technology and financial services sectors.
