Allison Lee is a partner in the Corporate & Securities group in Hong Kong whose practice focuses on cross-border transactions in the Asia-Pacific region, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital raising, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and other collaborations. She regularly represents multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, venture and emerging companies and other investors across various industries, including insurance, energy, and healthcare. Allison advises clients through all stages of the corporate life cycle, including initial formation, early-stage financing, growth and exit. Her practice also encompasses a range of corporate governance and ESG matters.
Allison previously worked as an international counsel at another international law firm. She speaks Mandarin fluently in addition to English.
