Evan's experience includes SPV asset-based lending, direct asset purchases, master trusts and master note trusts. He also has experience with factoring transactions and receivable sale financings both domestically and internationally. In addition, Evan has developed new financial products for US and offshore transactions in the public and private markets.
A seasoned attorney with a deep practice that spans finance, corporate and securities laws, Evan advises clients on finance, structured finance, receivables sale financings and trade finance, securities and corporate transactions, including trade finance, asset-based lending, factoring, securitizations, bond offerings, and other capital market transactions.
Evan has particular experience with trade receivables securitization, factoring, supply chain/vendor finance, trade finance and other monetization strategies for trade receivables.
