Samuel Dibble

Clients rely on Sam Dibble’s advice in a broad array of corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, asset sales, and other types of mergers and acquisitions. He helps clients raise money for their businesses in transactions such as early stage financings, bank loans, complex issuances of high yield bonds, convertible debt, and equity securities. Companies in the food and beverage, energy, technology, and real estate industries routinely turn to Sam for guidance in organizational matters, operation, and fundraising activities, including debt, preferred stock, and other securities offerings. He has represented public companies, investment funds, high-net-worth individuals, and privately-held businesses in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other significant transactions.

Sam holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and was a financial consultant prior to his career as a lawyer. As a CFA charter holder and lawyer, Sam uses his integrated knowledge of asset valuation, accounting, securities, tax, and legal issues to benefit his clients.
