Mayer Brown advises Inspirit Capital on acquisition of Kaplan Languages Group
London – Mayer Brown has advised specialist investor in corporate carve-outs, Inspirit Capital, on the carve-out acquisition of Kaplan Languages Group ("KLG"), a leading global language education platform, from Kaplan International.
KLG comprises Kaplan International Languages, Alpadia Language Schools, Azurlingua and ESL Education. Since 2006, KLG has provided high-quality language education, supporting students worldwide through academic excellence, cultural immersion and life-changing experiences.
Inspirit Capital will support KLG as it continues to build on its ambitious growth strategy whilst furthering its core mission of enriching lives through language education, including the development of a refreshed standalone brand identity for KLG.
