Overview

Irina Antoshevska focuses on trade remedy cases and has gained significant experience in anti-dumping, subsidy, and safeguard cases initiated before EU institutions as well as the investigating authorities of the USA, the Eurasian Economic Union, Ukraine, and other countries. She also advises clients on ESG-related matters. Irina closely follows up on developments related to the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and helps clients to prepare for its implementation.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2015, Irina worked as an associate for a major international law firm in Moscow (Russia). Irina has also worked for a western law firm in Kiev (Ukraine). In addition to being admitted to the New York State Bar, she is also qualified to practice law in Ukraine and Russia.

Irina is fluent in English in addition to her native Russian and Ukrainian.
