Before becoming a professional support lawyer, Sarah acted for clients in the context of litigation and dispute resolution processes, primarily in the banking and finance sector. Her experience includes acting for clients in disputes involving complex financial products, derivatives, high-profile class actions, mis-selling and misrepresentation and high-value, multi-party bribery and corruption. She has acted for clients in the pre-action stages, throughout the Court process, in mediations and enforcement scenarios and in group litigation, including assisting both institutional and retail litigants in obtaining funding and ATE insurance.
