Anne Jesudason

Anne Jesudason helps clients navigate financial distress. She is a senior associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency team and has a particular interest in cross-border debt restructurings with an exposure to the APAC region. Anne represents both creditors and debtors, offering strategic counsel in high-complexity, multi-stakeholder transactions. Beyond restructuring and insolvency scenarios, Anne also advises clients on all manner of special situations, including distressed, event-driven and structured financings.

• Advised a syndicate of credit fund lenders on the enforcement of security and restructuring of a US$80 million asset backed loan and notes facility to an Indonesian micro-finance Lender.
• Advised two major EPC contactors in the APAC region as creditors on their exposure to their unincorporated joint venture partner under its Singapore judicial management process.
• Advising the lenders on a US$[insert original amount of Capital Place facilities] real estate financing for a Vietnamese developer, including restructuring the facility and on the enforcement offshore and onshore security in Vietnam.
• Represented a leading Nordic investment bank as arranger in a US$120 million structured and limited recourse notes offering to a global energy trading and logistics group, secured by an extensive commodities borrowing base.
• Advised the lenders in the restructuring of over US$2.5 billion in debt of a global oil and gas provider through a Malaysian Scheme of Arrangement.
