Tom Hunter

Tom Hunter, senior associate, helps clients to address issues of policy coverage and insurance related disputes. He advises on a wide range of policies, including Construction, FI, Trustee Liability, D&O, Crime, PI and Civil liability.

Tom has defended claims against accountants, contractors, solicitors and financial services professionals. He has regularly acted as monitoring counsel in the context of civil proceedings and regulatory investigations involving insured clients, in a range of jurisdictions. He has experience handling and resolving claims in the High Court as well as via alternative dispute resolution. He has acted on behalf of claimants in construction disputes.
