She focuses on complex commercial litigation, cross-border government investigations, and mass tort and products liability. Gina represents financial institutions in high-profile DOJ and CFTC investigations, as well as class actions and civil litigation involving antitrust, financial products, contracts, fraud, and conspiracy. She has represented national and multinational companies in federal and state courts nationwide. Gina also represents clients in labor and employment disputes, defending against collective actions under the FLSA, Dodd-Frank, SOX, and claims under the New York Labor Law and the New York State and City Human Rights Laws.

In addition, Gina regularly advises pharmaceutical and life sciences companies on labor and employment matters in significant M&A transactions, serving as a trusted advisor to clients. She counsels on employment issues arising from corporate transactions, including drafting employment, independent contractor, and severance agreements, and conducting employment-related due diligence.

• Represented a ratings company in defense of federal whistleblower and retaliation lawsuit pursuant to Dodd-Frank, SOX, and NY Labor Law.
• Represented one of North America's largest banks in multibillion-dollar Ponzi scheme litigation brought by a bankruptcy trustee, serving on the trial team that secured a favorable jury verdict and ultimately achieved complete victory after appellate reversal on in pari delicto grounds and denial of certiorari by the US Supreme Court.
• Counseled a major multinational company in connection with hundreds of claims pending nationwide alleging personal injury, property damage and environmental harm associated with per and polyfluorinated alkyl (PFAS) substances.
