Mayer Brown advised PSP Partners in the sale of its portfolio company, StormTrap Investments, L.L.C., to Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. StormTrap is a market-leading provider of modular, engineered-to-order stormwater management and water quality solutions serving municipal and commercial end markets.
The transaction expands Advanced Drainage Systems' presence in the stormwater storage market through the addition of StormTrap's highly engineered solutions for large-volume, space-constrained projects.
