Mayer Brown represents US Signal and Igneo Infrastructure Partners in acquisition of OneNeck

Mayer Brown represented US Signal Company, LLC and Igneo Infrastructure Partners in the acquisition of OneNeck IT Solutions LLC and OneNeck Data Center Holdings LLC, a provider of hybrid IT and multi-cloud solutions through data centers in six states. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024.
