Mayer Brown represents Igneo Infrastructure Partners in its acquisition of US Signal

A Mayer Brown team represented Igneo Infrastructure Partners, a global infrastructure investment manager, in the acquisition of a 100 percent equity share of US Signal Company, LLC, a leading data center and network solutions provider.

Mayer Brown’s role consisted of M&A representation as well as advice on transaction-specific regulatory issues, such as issues related to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, approval by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, and state and federal telecommunication filings. The transaction closed in February of 2023.

The team was led by Corporate & Securities partner Jason Wagenmaker and associate Thomas Santora and included Litigation & Dispute Resolution partners Angela Giancarlo, Timothy Keeler and Scott Perlman and associates Mickey Leibner and Jennifer Parry.
