Investment consultancy and fiduciary management — New UK trustee and service provider requirements

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published the remedies order following its market investigation into the provision of investment consultancy and fiduciary management services. The CMA has also published an explanatory note accompanying the order. The order imposes a range of requirements on UK pension scheme trustees and service providers.
