Bundestag und Bundesrat haben das Zweite Finanzmarkstabilisierungsgesetz (2. FMStG) beschlossen. Es wird in Kürze in Kraft treten. The German Parliament (Bundestag) and the Bundesrat have resolved the 2nd Financial Market Stabilization Act. It will soon come into force. The Act empowers the Financial Market Stabilization Fund (SoFFin) again to provide stabilization measures according to the Financial Market Stabilization Fund Act (FMStFG) to the financial industry.
