The panel will discuss the Federal Reserve Board's proposed comprehensive revision of Regulation O and the FDIC's proposal to raise and index certain insider lending thresholds. It will also cover changes in bank regulation related to digital assets, financial institution chartering, mergers and acquisitions standards, and third-party risk management. In addition, the panel will examine state efforts to reshape financial services regulation, the OCC's increasingly active preemption position and state responses, and current enforcement priorities among state agencies, including attorneys general. Matt and other panelists will offer practical compliance strategies and insights on how to prepare for changes on the horizon.
