Mayer Brown Recognized in Multiple Top 10 Categories in the LTO Law Firm Culture Survey 2026
Mayer Brown has once again been recognized among Germany’s highest-rated law firms in the latest LTO Law Firm Culture Survey 2026. Based on feedback from more than 1,800 legal interns, associates, counsel, and partners across over 100 law firms, the survey assesses various aspects of workplace environment and firm culture.
Mayer Brown achieved above-average scores in ten categories and secured multiple Top 10 rankings. Particularly noteworthy was the category “International Experience,” where the firm ranked second with a score of 7.55, significantly above the survey average of 4.92.
The firm also received strong ratings in several other categories, including Innovation (7.68 compared to an average of 6.55), Interesting Work Content (7.86 compared to 7.16), and Office Environment (8.84 compared to 7.29). In the overall assessment, Mayer Brown was also ranked among the Top 10 law firms.
