Mayer Brown has advised Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (EdR REIM) on the (re-)financing of the acquisition and development of a logistics property in London under English law.
EdR REIM is the real estate investment management business within the Edmond de Rothschild group. Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Debt – European High Yield I Fund, a closed-ended fund investing in pan-European real estate debt, and a fund managed separately for a German institutional investor both provided funding. The financing of the logistics property in London marks the first loan investment of the EdR REIM Real Estate Debt team in the UK.
