PLI Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2021

Practising Law Institute will host a virtual program Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2021 on May 12-13, 2021. The program will cover areas such as the steps associated with acquiring and selling a privately held company, special issues that apply and about the techniques and strategies that are essential to successful negotiations. 

Mayer Brown partner Paul Chen will deliver a presentation, "Ethics in Negotiating and Documenting Private Transactions," on how to recognize ethical issues that arise during the negotiation and documentation of private transactions.
