Jack Wong is a senior associate in the Hong Kong office of Mayer Brown’s Real Estate practice. He advises on land compulsory sale applications, compliance with first-hand sale legislation, consent and non-consent scheme residential/non-residential projects, tenancy projects for residential/offices buildings, second-hand property conveyancing, applications to IRD for stamp duty reliefs, share-sale property acquisitions, hotel management transactions, joint venture/shareholders' related agreements, real estate tender documentation, applications to Governmental bodies on land-related matters, public housing schemes and land resumption matters, building management/tenancy-related disputes and property-related litigation.

Jack is a CEDR accredited mediator and a qualified mediator in the panel list of the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited. Jack speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
