Overview
Jack Wong is a lawyer in Mayer Brown’s Legal Risk Management (LRM) team. He advises internal stakeholders on professional conduct and other risks issues affecting the firm’s Asia offices.
Prior to joining the LRM team, Jack was a senior associate in Mayer Brown’s Real Estate team advising real estate clients on land related matters – conveyancing transactions, Cap. 545 Compulsory Sale Applications, compliance with Cap. 621 Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) legislation, consent/non-consent scheme for residential and non-residential projects, real estate M&A, tenancies, building management disputes, government land lease modifications/renewal, land redevelopment potential, etc.. Jack also advised the Hong Kong Government on various land resumption matters.
Jack is a CEDR accredited mediator and a qualified mediator in the panel list of the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited.
