Abigale Worku has experience across a broad range of public and private securitisation and structured finance transactions and advises financial institutions, asset managers, and corporate borrowers, with a focus on cross-border structures and on multi-jurisdictional transactions. She regularly represents financial institutions, credit funds, corporate borrowers and fintech companies on transactions involving a broad range of assets classes including trade receivables, bridging loans, mortgages, credit card receivables, and other types of inventories.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2025, Abigale worked in the London office of an international law firm as well as a global investment bank.
