Paul Rosen has over 23 years of experience working in private equity and has worked on mid-to upper-mid market matters, top tier value transactions and  cross-border matters. He has extensive experience across corporate law, including the structuring of private equity deals, leveraged buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, distressed acquisitions and restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate advisory work. 

• Advised Vitruvian Partners on portfolio company OAG’s acquisition of Infare, the Danish based provider of data to the airline industry on competitor airfare pricing and activity, from Ventiga Capital.
• Advised Vitruvian Partners on its acquisition of rail specialist tour operator Great Rail Journeys.
• Advised Funecap Group on its acquisition of the pet crematoria business from UK listed veterinary group CVS. 
• Advised TriSpan, a global private equity firm, on its investment in Mowgli Street Food Group.
• Advised TriSpan, a global private equity firm, alongside its co-investment partner McWin Capital Partners, on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of FI Holdings Limited.
