Clients turn to Beej Radia for acquisition and leveraged finance advice, with a particular emphasis on private credit and direct lending transactions. He has experience in representing lenders, borrowers and sponsors on a variety of domestic and multi-jurisdictional acquisition financings, refinancings and recapitalisations across different levels of the debt capital structure.

Before joining Mayer Brown, Beej worked for another prominent international law firm in London and, prior to that, he worked in both the London and Hong Kong offices of another prominent international law firm.
