Lauren R. Noll

Lauren Noll is a partner in Mayer Brown’s litigation practice and serves as the Firm’s Deputy General Counsel. Lauren advises the Firm’s management and attorneys on a variety of legal and risk issues.

Lauren previously focused on complex commercial and class-action litigation involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, accountant malpractice, business torts, telecommunications and securities laws. She is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery issues and depositions.

In addition to her trial work, Lauren also has practiced appellate litigation. She has written numerous briefs in the federal and state appellate courts, argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and filed numerous briefs in the federal and state trial courts focusing on breach of contract, business torts and securities laws. Reflecting her experience in appellate practice, in the past Lauren has taught courses in appellate advocacy as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is fluent in French.

Before first joining Mayer Brown in 2001, Lauren clerked for the Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
