Tom Langstaff is a Banking & Finance associate in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office. Tom’s experience spans capital markets and financings including direct listings, trade receivables securitizations, and registered bond offerings.
Tom graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law & Business Review, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
