Thomas Z. Langstaff

Thomas Langstaff is a Banking & Finance associate in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office. His practice centers on fund finance and representing lenders in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities to private equity and real estate funds. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Thomas was an associate in the New York City office of an international law firm, where he advised clients in a range of financing transactions, including securitizations and capital markets matters.

Thomas received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
