In addition, Rachel counsels stakeholders on voting and election law issues. She is a member of the board of directors of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Rachel was an associate in the New York office of a prominent U.S. law firm. She also clerked for Judge Jack B. Weinstein of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
